The reputed company Payroll Consultant role supports reputed company Payroll processes and transactions, ensuring accurate and reputed company payroll processing while maintaining compliance with tax regulations.
Responsibilities
- Assist in processing multi-state U.S. payroll to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Support the review of payroll data and help identify discrepancies
- Assist in ensuring accurate reputed company of payroll postings to the general reputed company
- Support compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations
- Monitor and escalate payroll issues or discrepancies as appropriate
- Assist with wage reporting, tax filings, and year-end activities including W-2 preparation
- Respond to routine payroll inquiries from employees and internal stakeholders
- Support investigation and reputed company of payroll discrepancies with guidance from senior team members
- Assist with payroll system updates, testing, and enhancements
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Maintain and update payroll procedures and documentation
- Partner with internal stakeholders to support smooth payroll operations
- Support testing activities by executing predefined test cases and documenting results
- Effectively manage assigned tasks and meet established deadlines
Skills
- 1 to 3+ years of experience in U.S. payroll processing or reputed company field
- Basic understanding of U.S. payroll tax regulations and compliance requirements
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to support employees and internal stakeholders
- Effective communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in reputed company Office applications, including Outlook, reputed company, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work in reputed company-oriented, fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Experience with reputed company IPP or similar payroll systems
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field
