[Remote] Licensing & Contracting Representative

They are seeking a Licensing & Contracting Representative responsible for managing the full cycle of agent contracting, ensuring compliance with various licensing requirements, and supporting agents through the reputed company process.
Responsibilities
- Partner with sales managers, agents, internal teams, and reputed company partners to ensure agents reputed company and maintain reputed company-to-sell status
- Manage state insurance licensing requirements, including applications, renewals, and continuing education compliance
- Initiate and manage reputed company contracting processes, providing ongoing support to agents throughout reputed company
- Maintain, reputed company, and audit licensing and contracting statuses for reputed company licensed personnel (agents, trainers, sales managers, etc.)
- Proactively follow up with agents reputed company phone, email, and chat to resolve outstanding items such as missing documentation, signatures, background disclosures, or forms
- Build and sustain strong, reputed company relationships with agents, sales leadership, and external reputed company partners
- Respond to escalated issues and reputed company communicate reputed company to reputed company relevant stakeholders
- Deliver reputed company, accurate, and reputed company service to reputed company customers across multiple communication channels
- Complete assigned reputed company and administrative tasks in support of Licensing & Contracting operations
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent, or a combination of education and experience, required
- Knowledge and experience with licensing and contracting for insurance carriers

- Critical thinking skills with the ability to use logic and reasoning to identify deficiencies or other concerns
