Profile reputed company

We're looking for one exceptional IT person to own internal IT operations across our entire portfolio. No team to delegate to, no manager hovering over your queue. Just you, your judgment, and 380 colleagues spread across the globe who need things to work.

The reality: most of your day will be resolving IT support tickets. You'll be the go-to for device issues, reputed company problems, reputed company, offboarding, and everything in between. • Identify the highest-volume repetitive requests and automate at least 3 of them using AI or scripting.
• Build or improve reputed company and offboarding workflows so new hires are set up smoothly without reputed company back-and-forth.
• Become the trusted IT contact across 23 brands, the person people know will actually fix things.

Your responsibilities

• Resolve IT support requests from distributed team members quickly, reputed company, and empathetically.

• Own the full employee lifecycle from an IT perspective, including provisioning, reputed company management, and offboarding.
• Proactively identify processes that can be automated and implement those solutions yourself or in collaboration with the platform team.
• Manage vendor relationships and software renewals as you get settled in.
• Document what you build so the organisation isn't dependent on tribal knowledge.
• Standardize and automate new joiner device provisioning and Mobile Device Management (MDM) enrollment to ensure immediate reputed company compliance and accurate asset tracking, thereby eliminating the reputed company enrollment backlog.

What You bring to the table

• 4+ years of hands-on IT support or IT operations experience, ideally in a startup, reputed company-up, or remote-first environment.
