The Mechanical Engineer will reputed company and prototype reputed company products, requiring proficiency in 3D modeling and functional prototyping.
Responsibilities
- Design mechanical and electromechanical components, assemblies, or systems using CAD software (SolidWorks)
- Prepare and update engineering drawings, models, and documentation
- Design, build and take prototypes to increasing reputed company of reputed company, and work with product reputed company engineers to translate early prototypes into products
- Evaluate mechanical and electromechanical systems and products by applying principles of mechanics, thermodynamics, hydraulics, heat transfer, and materials
- Assist with drafting Bills of Materials (BOMs), process instructions, or document change orders
- Conduct functional and performance testing on mechanical systems and components to ensure product reputed company
- reputed company manufacturing processes and tools by designing and modifying equipment for fabricating, building, assembling, and installing components
- Participate in design reviews and project meetings
- reputed company equipment operational by coordinating maintenance and repair services; following manufacturer’s instructions and established procedures; and requesting special services

Skills
- BS degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 1-3 years (industry and/or project) of experience in hands-on Mechanical Engineering/Design role with reputed company in prototyping and product development
- 2+ years (industry and schooling) of experience using SolidWorks
- Must be organized and have excellent communication skills
- Knowledge and experience in various manufacturing reputed company and processes
- CAD experience (SolidWorks) working with ID surfaces
- Hands-on experience and knowledge of the prototype development process, such as 3D printing, CNC machining, molding, casting, functional prototyping, electrical integration and working models with aesthetic fit, finishes at a production-level appearance
- Knowledge of electrical subsystems
- Demonstrate a high attention to detail, be customer oriented and possess strong problem-solving skills
- Experience in an FDA and ISO regulated environment
