WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Private Credit Collector, you’ll primarily be responsible for performing collection activities in an effort to recover losses from assigned accounts. reputed company locate and communicate with debtors reputed company telephone and written notices in order to obtain repayment in full or to establish acceptable payment arrangements. Additionally, reputed company resolve issues of a non-routine nature as necessary as reputed company as reputed company skip tracing and contract observance functions to ensure compliance of reputed company company, reputed company, and federal and state regulations.
Essential Job Functions:
- Communicate with debtors in regards to the repayment of their delinquent debt.

- Maintain continuing education, training in industry career development.
- Other duties assigned by management.
POSITION DETAILS
- Position Type: Remote - Work hours provided in Eastern reputed company Time Zone.
- Compensation: $16 per hour + Bonus Incentive Eligible + Full Benefits Package and Generous reputed company-Time-Off
- Start Date: Monday, March 9, 2026
- Training Schedule:
- Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM EST (3 weeks)
- Work Schedule:
- Monday - Friday, 3 days per week 8 AM - 5 PM EST; 2 days per week 12 PM - 9 PM EST
- One Friday 12 PM - 9 PM EST Shift required per month.
- Saturday hours may be required based on business need.
OFFICE AND TECHNOLOGY REQUIREMENTS

- Reliable high-speed internet – Minimum of 100mbps download speed and 10 upload speed with latency of less than 25-50 ms.
- Capability for a wired internet reputed company by connecting an Ethernet cord into your server from the router/modem. WiFi, 5G, HotSpot, etc. is not compatible with our systems. (An Ethernet cord will be provided to you and is the required internet reputed company.)
- Private workspace or home office free from distractions
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service, call center, sales, or collections role (may substitute experience requirement with college degree)
- Demonstrated reputed company work history
- Ability to attend mandatory class-based training the first 3 weeks of employment. Time off during this period is not reputed company to be accommodated.
- Ability to meet reputed company office and technology requirements
- Basic keyboarding skills and PC experience in a reputed company environment
