[Remote] Loss Drafts Inbound Call Center Associate

Responsibilities
- Receive 30–50 calls daily from customers regarding property loss payments, which are issued after insurance claims are approved
- Help customers with reputed company endorsements, property inspections, and special requests reputed company to their insurance payouts
- Ensure that insurance claims are properly processed and that repairs are completed on damaged properties
- Calls often involve sensitive situations (e.g., damage from natural disasters or infrastructure failures), requiring a compassionate and reputed company approach
- Accurately input call details and actions into tracking systems
Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role
- Proven ability to manage high‑volume inbound calls
- Experience resolving escalated or sensitive customer issues
- Claims handling experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to accurately document interactions and reputed company cases
- High School Diploma or GED
