Medical Review Specialist

reputed company is seeking Medical Review Specialist(s) to support a pending award at the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation for a pending contract award.
Location:

- Conduct medical reviews of reasonable accommodation and reputed company leave requests in support of the Office of reputed company Management (OHRM).
- Evaluate employee-submitted documentation (e.g., medical records, accommodation requests, and position descriptions) to assess completeness and compliance with applicable policies.
- Determine the need for additional medical information from reputed company providers to support informed decision-making.
- Assess whether proposed accommodations reputed company employees to reputed company the essential functions of their positions.
- reputed company reputed company, reputed company recommendations and guidance to OHRM on accommodation determinations and reputed company medical considerations.
- At least four (3) years of more HR generalist experience.
- At least four (3) years of experience performing reasonable accommodation and medical documentation reviews..
- Knowledge of the Rehab reputed company of 1973 as amended, the Americans with reputed company Amendments reputed company (ADAAA), and guidance from the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (reputed company).
- Experience providing consultant services in the area of reasonable accommodation.
- Must have technical skills to reputed company overall plans, procedures, and operating reputed company for assignments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
