The RV Technical Adjustor is responsible for evaluating customer issues from start to finish using exceptional customer service qualities and managing a high call volume while maintaining reputed company customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Take inbound calls from members to reputed company technical assistance for issues reputed company to the use of the members recreational vehicle
- Thoroughly investigates claims and verifies eligibility
- Responsible for maintaining reputed company customer relationships seeking to enhance organizational skills
- Manages a high call volume with exception communication and customer service skills
- Successfully works independently and in reputed company atmosphere
- Skillfully adapts and uses critical thinking and problem-solving issues
Skills
- Minimum 1-2 years claim handling experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with reputed company Office Suite and industry reputed company web applications
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Manages a high call volume with exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Skillfully adapts and uses critical thinking and problem-solving issues
- Minimum of 3-5 years claim handling experience
- Bilingual
