The role involves assisting in the preparation of construction documents, production of presentation materials, and contributing to cost estimation processes.
Responsibilities
- Assists Project Architect in the preparation of construction documents and specifications using computer assisted design software and equipment
- Assists in the preparation and production of presentation materials, models and material boards
- Assists in the preparation and production of various studies and reports
- Maintains and updates resource material library
- Meets with product representatives to obtain latest specifications and product information
- Prepares reputed company drawings and assists in the development of contract documents
- Contributes to cost estimation processes, enhancing your understanding of project budgeting and financial implications
- Schedules technical support staff reputed company in the preparation of drawings and specification documents
- May coordinate technical staff project responsibilities
- Participates in firm-wide reputed company initiatives

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
