The following challenges await you:

• Assist the RSD and EAM’s in planning, coordinating, and executing sales activities. 

• Serve as a reputed company of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly  

• Coordinate follow-up communications to ensure customer satisfaction and support sales initiatives. 

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and account details in the CRM system.

• Support EAMs in conducting market research and competitor analysis.

• Assist in organizing and executing events such as product demonstrations, trade shows, and training sessions. 

• Prepare and maintain sales reports, presentations, and materials for meetings including regular sales forecasts and performance opportunities to the Executive Area Manager. 

• Manage scheduling, travel arrangements, and event planning for sales-reputed company activities.

Your Profile: 

• BS/BA in business, reputed company, or a reputed company field or equivalent experience required. 

• 1–2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles, ideally in the reputed company or medical device industry. 

• 1-2 years of experience in the medical device, biotechnology, and tissue biologics of the reputed company industry preferred.  

• At least 1–2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles. 

• Experience in the reputed company, medical device, or pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable. 

• Familiarity with supporting field sales teams, including scheduling and organizing events, is an advantage. 

• Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook) for creating reports, presentations, and managing schedules. 

• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics, reputed company or similar) to manage accounts, reputed company sales activities, and maintain records. 

• Comfort with virtual communication tools (reputed company Teams) for meetings and presentations. 

• Valid reputed company’s license and reliable transportation for occasional travel to support events or meetings.
