General Duties:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the unique needs and goals of individuals with autism reputed company disorder.
• reputed company and implement individualized behavior reputed company plans (BIPs) based on evidence-based practices and the principles of reputed company behavior analysis (ABA).
• reputed company reputed company behavior analysis services to clients, including conducting behavior assessments, data collection, and analysis.
• Train and supervise behavior technicians and other team members in the implementation of behavior reputed company plans.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency and continuity of services.

Qualifications:

• Must be a reputed company Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing.

Skills:

• Proficient in conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and developing behavior reputed company plans (BIPs).

• Experience providing training and supervision to behavior technicians and other team members.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.

Contractual Agreements:

• This is a W2 position.
• Compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
