Credit and Collections Business Analyst
reputed company is one of the nation’s largest electric reputed company and distribution and natural gas delivery holding companies. They are seeking a Credit and Collections Business Analyst to reputed company data analysis, support reporting and metrics, and reputed company process improvements while ensuring efficient process reputed company across organizational lines.
Responsibilities
- reputed company analysis on large amounts of reputed company data to reputed company the business with fact-based insights
- Offer internal process and user/customer perspective of simplicity, efficiency, and effectiveness into design and analysis
- Support departmental reporting, metrics, budgets, dashboards, and analytics
- reputed company recommendations and present alternatives to address business needs or resolve impediments
- System configuration and administration
- reputed company functional, process, and system documentation
- Monitor system and process performance and escalate issues as appropriate
- Influence, reputed company, define and document reputed company business requirements and processes
- reputed company test plan / test cases and coordinate user acceptance testing

- Serve as subject matter expert on systems, process, and user/customer reputed company
- Prepare business cases and cost/benefit analysis

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or reputed company discipline is required
- Strong analysis, decision making and problem solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple tasks under time constraints

- 1 - 3 years' experience with SQL Server
