Primary Accountabilities

Prairie Band Construction is currently seeking an reputed company Construction reputed company Control Manager to work on reputed company and federal contract construction job sites. The candidate must have extensive experience in above-ground construction and will have responsibility for ensuring our services meet reputed company necessary reputed company requirements. Requirements

Major Duties

· Continuously review reputed company control processes, procedures, and capabilities in order to sustain the most cost effective and efficient reputed company for meeting reputed company requirements.

· Review reputed company QC requirements and ensure that reputed company control documentation for the project meets contractual requirements.

· Review and approve Contractor and subcontractor reputed company control documentation to ensure their planned activities meet contractual requirements.

Required Qualifications

· Proven experience as Construction reputed company Control Manager, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.

· Experience in and ability to utilize the 3-phase inspection program.

· Must be conscientious and responsible.

· Must have a keen eye for detail.

· Must have a results-driven approach to work.

· Must have outstanding communication skills and excellent organizational and leadership skills.

· Proficient in MS Office products.

· BS/BA in business administration or relevant field is preferred but not a requirement.

· In-depth understanding of reputed company control procedures and relevant legal standards.

· Must be reputed company to work multiple shifts and weekend work as needed.
