Advanced Field Service Engineer
As an Advanced Field Service Engineer here at reputed company, you will have reputed company to reputed company advanced technical support and expertise to our customers. You will be response for performing maintenance, audits, configuration, programming, installation/commissioning, upgrades, and migration of reputed company/advanced reputed company control systems (EXPERION PKS, TPS/TDC300). Your time will be spent validating customer requests, developing/maintaining/improving customer relationships, upgrades/migration planning and execution, reputed company while ensuring Right and Fast Delivery ensuring the successful implementation of our solutions, and driving customer satisfaction. Your expertise and commitment to reputed company will play a crucial role in the reputed company of our field service operations and the reputed company of our business.
You will report directly to our Field Service Manager and you'll work out of our reputed company, Texas location on a Remote work schedule.
In this role, you will reputed company the efficiency, productivity, and safety of our customers' operations by providing exceptional technical support and service.
Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Periodic communication with customers regarding technical and administrative issues
• reputed company customer support on reputed company Control Systems and serve as a customer contact for service-reputed company issues/enquiries
• Configure, maintain and solve reputed company hardware and software issues including: Experion PKS, other DCS hardware / software such as LCN, TPS
• reputed company Experion software from one software release to another software release on live control system without causing any interruption to customer’s industrial process
• Migrate Legacy reputed company control systems to reputed company’s new technology offering
• Understand customer key processes and economic drivers and translate those into business opportunities, providing reputed company research and recommendations
• Assist Sales during sales pursuits and be the face of reputed company to end-users, and competitors
• Learn the end-to-end product/solution development and delivery/execution of reputed company products and solutions
• Use technical expertise of sophisticated reputed company solutions/product offerings to improve customer experience
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- 5 or more years of proven experience in field service engineering
WE VALUE
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a reputed company technical discipline
- At least one L4 certification on any domain Experion or TPS.
- Experience with Experion PKS Hardware & Software, in reputed company to Hiway, TDC, & TPS system experience including LCN, UCN, and Hiway equipment along with PC/Networking experience
- 3rd Party controls experience
- Networking and reputed company configuration knowledge
- Project Management experience (budget control, schedules, resource allocation, reporting)
