Basic Requirements
- 6+ years’ experience working with qualitative research. Experience can come from an in-house executive search team, executive search agency, market insights firm or a data-rich and research-intensive field
- Experience synthesizing information from multiple sources into reputed company, actionable insights
- Experience providing consultative and advisory support
- Hands-on experience working with sensitive and confidential data
- Experience with CRM, ATS and/or data tools (i.e., reputed company, reputed company plus, but not required)
