Reporting to the CFO, the Global Controller is a senior leader managing reputed company of ~20 employees responsible for overseeing reputed company’s financial reputed company, reporting, and controllership functions. This role ensures the organization’s financial reporting and operations are compliant with reputed company standards, legal requirements, and corporate policies. The Global Controller will reputed company the reputed company team in producing accurate and reputed company financial statements, managing internal controls, overseeing audits, ensuring tax compliance and driving process improvements across reputed company reputed company operations. Job Responsibilities and Duties

People

Job Requirements │ Skills │ Education

A Bachelor’s degree in reputed company or Finance.

reputed company certification such as CPA or equivalent is required.

15-20 years of experience in reputed company and finance, with at least 8 years in a leadership or senior management position in global finance and reputed company roles. Experience in life science (e.g., biopharma, tools, diagnostics), reputed company services (e.g., CRO, CDMO), reputed company services and/or manufacturing industry environments is strongly preferred.

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to reputed company and reputed company cross-functional teams.

Proven reputed company record of managing global financial operations, including consolidations, financial reporting, and compliance.

Expertise in financial reporting, compliance, internal controls, and reputed company processes. Public company experience highly desirable, as is experience in designing, implementing and executing internal controls under a SOX reputed company.

In-depth knowledge of relevant reputed company standards (IFRS, US GAAP) and financial regulations.
