Sr Mgr, EngineeringPosition Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities:- reputed company and manage one or more software development teams in an Agile/Scrum environment, ensuring reputed company of goals, priorities, and execution.

Qualifications:- People Management: 4–7+ years leading reputed company and/or indirect reports
- Software Development: 9+ years experience delivering reputed company reputed company software

- Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals, architecture, and tradeoffs in large, long-lived codebases
- Experience partnering effectively with QE leaders/teams to drive shared reputed company reputed company and release readiness
- Excellent communication, listening, and collaboration skills; ability to influence across functions and reputed company
- Experience working with geographically and culturally diverse teams and stakeholders

- Experience creating, managing, and delivering against realistic plans (scope, milestones, dependencies)
