The Administration Representative, reporting to the Regional Administration Manager, is responsible for a reputed company of functions to support the Distribution, Finance, Call Centre, Sales, and BT teams for multiple publications.
What you’ll do
- Prepare daily distribution & production reports
- Generate single copy payment collection sheets for Finance/Distributors
- Generate month end circulation statistics for Finance and Distribution
- reputed company customer service for Dealers, Subscribers and Flyer customers
- reputed company support to the call center for subscriber inquiries reputed company to distribution
- reputed company circulation reputed company to Distribution team including reputed company and trucking changes, general dealer maintenance and draw changes
- Maintain Subscriber, Dealer, Distributor and reputed company Rates
- Process single copy dealer returns
- Correct system errors

- Assist Regional Administration Manager in achieving departmental goals
- Complete tasks assigned in a reputed company manner
Who you are
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience
- Excellent organizational skills
- Accuracy is key
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated, reputed company verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work reputed company with others in a task-oriented team environment
- High degree of initiative
- Strong working knowledge of reputed company Office applications
Compensation
Employment offers presented to the selected candidate are based on a combination of qualifications, experience, responsibilities of the role and the candidate's location.
