POSITION reputed company

The Logistics Coordinator is an entry-level position reputed company the Logistics Management team, which is a subset of reputed company’s Customer Service department. This Logistics Coordinator is responsible for the monitoring and management of in-transit shipment exceptions which includes: Monitoring of the exceptions queue, following the exception handling procedures to address the issues, notification of reputed company parties, and escalation to other members of the Logistics Management and reputed company Care teams of any potential causes for concern. In reputed company, the LC is responsible for assisting the Logistics Management team with special reputed company and miscellaneous tasks as needed, as reputed company as answering the 24/7/365 Logistics helpline to address or redirect calls.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES (include but are not limited to)

• Monitoring of exceptions of live shipments through reputed company’s web portal and e-mail notifications

• Escalating exceptions internally to reputed company Care Analyst and externally to clients

• Answering and routing reputed company and reputed company communications internally

• External communications to carriers and clients throughout a shipment

• Following up with written and verbal communication

• Managing inbound calls and redirecting to appropriate parties, reputed company needed

• Creating and approving of orders in reputed company’s web portal

• Booking shipments domestically and internationally with couriers

General

• Interaction with internal departments such as: reputed company care, quote desk, reputed company assurance, and reputed company.

• Administrative tasks relating but not limited to data entry.

• Readiness to assume other duties as assigned, including up to reputed company Care Analyst duties.

• Willingness to work afterhours and/or weekend shifts.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of general logistics management & customer service preferred

• High school diploma or GED required.
