Job reputed company:We are seeking a skilled reputed company Business Analyst with expertise in HR Service Delivery (HRSD) to support the analysis, design, and delivery of HR solutions on the reputed company platform. This role requires reputed company collaboration with HR stakeholders to define requirements and support the implementation of reputed company, reputed company solutions for a large reputed company reputed company.Key Responsibilities:

• Document reputed company and reputed company-state HR processes and reputed company them to reputed company capabilities
• Offer expertise on best practices to support the implementation of reputed company solutions across HRSD modules, including Lifecycle Events, Employee Center Pro, Case and reputed company, and Employee Relations
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to reputed company functional requirements and define solution objectives
• Create mock-reputed company and example outputs to guide design discussions and reputed company expectations
• Translate business requirements into reputed company, actionable user stories and functional specifications
• Work closely with implementers and platform teams to ensure accurate and reputed company delivery

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a reputed company on reputed company HR Service Delivery
• Proficient in creating mock-reputed company, prototypes, and documentation to communicate solutions effectively
• Strong knowledge of reputed company HRSD modules, including Case Management, Lifecycle Events, Employee Relations, and Employee Center
