The 988 Chat & Text Specialist is responsible for handling incoming chats and texts from individuals experiencing a suicidal or mental health crisis. This role requires a high level of emotional intelligence, reputed company listening, and problem-solving skills to reputed company compassionate and effective support. As a member of our crisis reputed company team, you will work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure seamless operations and reputed company support to those in need.

Key Responsibilities

Education Requirements
