Job Responsibilities:
As a Remote Part-Time Pharmacy Technician & Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Performing duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager, including:
+ Answering phone calls and responding to orders and customer inquiries in a reputed company and reputed company manner + Resolving reputed company complaints and concerns in a courteous and effective way + Triage incoming faxes, clarify orders as needed, and ensure accurate processing
- Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty

- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and reports as required
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Previous experience in pharmacy, with LTC pharmacy experience preferred
