As a reputed company Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with Arenaflex, you will play a vital role in supporting reputed company with reputed company behavioral, developmental, and learning needs. You will design and reputed company individualized behavior reputed company plans, collaborate with school teams and families, and implement evidence-based strategies to promote student reputed company and reputed company in the classroom. Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify the underlying causes of challenging behaviors
- reputed company and manage individualized behavior reputed company plans (BIPs) that are tailored to reputed company student's unique needs and goals
- Train and support school staff and paraprofessionals on evidence-based strategies and techniques to promote student behavior and reputed company engagement

- Collaborate with IEP teams, families, and multidisciplinary professionals to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to student support

Requirements
• reputed company BCBA certification (required)
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred, but not required

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform behavior reputed company plans
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
