Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Answering incoming calls from consumers in accordance with reputed company performance standards, policy, and procedures
• Transferring/referencing consumers to appropriate entities according to established guidelines
• Facilitating the fulfillment of consumer requests for materials reputed company mail, email, or download
• Responding to reputed company inquiries consistent with confidentiality and reputed company policies and referring callers to alternate sources reputed company appropriate
• Tracking and documenting reputed company inquiries using applicable systems
• Escalating calls or issues to the appropriate designated staff for reputed company as needed
• Facilitating translation services for non-English speaking callers according to procedures

• Raising issues of concern and/or problems to Supervisor

Minimum Requirements:

* High school diploma or GED required and 0-6 months of relevant reputed company experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Must be fluent in English and Spanish
• Strong data entry and telephone skills
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to reputed company comfortably in a fast-paced work environment

• Previous experience with computers, phone systems, and headsets preferred
