As a Bilingual Customer Service reputed company (Spanish), you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clients' customers. You'll be responsible for responding to member/provider calls, resolving routine inquiries and concerns, and providing high-reputed company customer service in a fast-paced contact center environment.
