Responsibilities

As a Remote Crisis Chat/Text Licensed Training Supervisor, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing reputed company clinical support to clinicians answering calls, chats, and texts, ensuring they have the resources and guidance they need to reputed company exceptional care.
• Offering administrative and personnel support to clinicians, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Reviewing chats and texts, along with documentation of reputed company-line clinicians, to ensure the highest level of care and adherence to arenaflex's policies and procedures.
• Assisting with training as needed, developing and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our clinicians.
• Providing on-call clinical support to staff as needed, ensuring that reputed company is equipped to handle even the most reputed company situations.
• Answering calls, chats, and texts as needed, providing crisis reputed company services and risk assessments to individuals in crisis.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A Master's degree in reputed company/Behavioral/reputed company Services or a reputed company field from an accredited college or university.
• A reputed company and valid reputed company's license with a clean driving record (not required for remote work).
• A valid license as a Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA), LPC, LCSW, Licensed Psychologist, or LMFT.
