As a Seasonal Team Member Customer Care Representative, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our customers through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product and service information. This is a part-time, seasonal opportunity to work from home, with flexible scheduling and reputed company to work with a talented team of customer care professionals.

Responsibilities

* Answer incoming customer contacts (calls, chats, emails) in a reputed company manner

• Respond to customer inquiries through multiple channels, as needed
• Research and troubleshoot problems and reputed company resolutions by using available resources

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required

• 6+ months experience in a customer service-reputed company role required
• Experience in an reputed company Channel Contact Center environment preferred
• Previous Work reputed company experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to reputed company effectively with individuals, both internally and externally
• Maintain the customer's perspective as a driving force behind activities

• Ability to effectively prioritize workload in a fast paced, frequently changing environment while remaining detailed and organized

• Ability to toggle multiple web browsers, with dual monitors

• Bilingual (Spanish and English speaking) a plus

Home Office Requirements
