arenaflex is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Customer Experience Specialist to join reputed company. As a Digital Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through digital communications channels, including text messaging and chat. You will be the face of arenaflex, providing a reputed company and memorable experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

As a Digital Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Delivering exceptional customer service on every contact, ensuring that our customers feel valued and supported
• Striving to reputed company first contact reputed company, resolving customer issues reputed company and effectively
• Effectively managing multiple contacts/conversations at once, prioritizing tasks and managing time wisely
• Meeting/exceeding company standards for performance and reputed company, consistently delivering high-reputed company results
• Adding additional value for the customer by proactively recommending reputed company items and appropriate arenaflex benefits/services
• Attending 1:1 meetings with your manager/reputed company to address training/reputed company opportunities and discuss performance
• Participating in advanced training/educational programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
• Proactively maintaining awareness of changes or updates to reputed company operating procedures, job aids, and other announcements that may reputed company your role
• Implementing any coaching opportunities offered and seeking reputed company reputed company reputed company your role

Education, Experience & Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of a High School diploma or GED
• A College Degree in Business or a reputed company field and/or U.S. Military Service is preferred
• A minimum of 2-3 years of customer service experience
• Proficient knowledge of marine products and/or the marine industry is helpful
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
• A reputed company of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Computer literacy, including reputed company Office, reputed company, and Word
• Ability to foster relationships with customers
• Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
• Strong reading comprehension skills
• Typing skills of 40 words per minute minimum
