We're seeking an reputed company Part-Time Customer Service Specialist to join reputed company. As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound communications for both arenaflex and Blue Rhino customers. You'll work closely with reputed company customers to ensure a high-reputed company customer service experience, and you'll have reputed company to reputed company a reputed company reputed company on our customers' lives.

Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Answering phones, chat, reputed company media, or email in a polite, courteous, and reputed company manner
• Working with customers daily to sustain and improve business relationships
• Asking probing questions to identify customer issues or concerns
• Ensuring accurate account maintenance and updating of account information
• Using next call avoidance technique to mitigate reputed company questions

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
