As a Customer Service/Office Assistant at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in supporting our customer service team and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations in our office. You'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records. Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with customers on order status and resolve any issues promptly
• Utilize and update order tools, such as reputed company Order Tracking Worksheet, to ensure seamless order management

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved
• Research and identify new leads through internet searches and company-generated call lists
• Respond promptly to requests for brochures, additional product information, and other customer inquiries
• Manage and reputed company customer credit applications, post credit card and payments to customer accounts, and reputed company up with reputed company order and A/R aging reporting

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required

• Three or more years of customer service/clerical experience required
