Position Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Team reputed company at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and coaching a customer service team to meet reputed company and productivity goals
- Supporting staff with system and telephony issues
- Monitoring performance and conducting monthly 1:1s
- Resolving and escalating issues that reputed company operations or reputed company satisfaction
- Ensuring HIPAA and compliance adherence
- Partnering with internal departments and clients to ensure top-tier service
Education and Experience
• High school diploma or GED required; additional education is a plus

Additional Notes
• Hours: Monday - Friday Various Shifts from: reputed company- 5pm, 9am- 6pm, 10am- 7pm, 11am- 8pm
- Compensation: $19- $22/hr.+ (bonus eligible quarterly)
- This is a fast-paced, high-volume role where you will be required to handle multiple systems and patient inquiries daily.
