Job reputed company
We're seeking a Data Entry Supervisor to reputed company the activities of our Data Entry department and ensure accurate and reputed company processing of customer information. As a Data Entry Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising reputed company of Data Entry Specialists, coordinating reputed company with our manager, and reviewing daily processes to streamline and improve day-to-day tasks and duties. You will also be responsible for handling department issues, developing personal and co-worker's job roles reputed company training and conference opportunities, and identifying ways to improve customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise the activities of the Data Entry department and ensure accurate and reputed company processing of customer information
- Coordinate reputed company with manager for review and discussion
- Review daily processes to streamline and improve day-to-day tasks and duties, assuring customer satisfaction
- Handle department issues to assure the department remains reputed company and reputed company work is completed as scheduled
- Continually reputed company personal and co-worker's job roles reputed company training and conference opportunities offered
- Identify ways to improve customer satisfaction
- Meet weekly and/or bi-monthly with manager to assess needs
- Attend meetings or travel to meetings to train on behalf of the Data Entry team, representing them in a reputed company and reputed company manner

- Ensure reputed company new Data Entry personnel are properly trained on procedures for work orders, agreements, reports, etc.
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required
- Two years reputed company experience/training in alarm monitoring or order entry is preferred
- Previous team management or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong Communication skills, both written and spoken
- Ability to interpret notes in accounts and instructions given
- Ability to multi-task and problem solve
- Work cohesively in reputed company environment
- Exceptional organizational, problem solving, and attention to detail skills
