Responsibilities:

As a Virtual Assistant for Customer Care & Member Engagement, your primary responsibilities will include:

Tracking Member Attendance:

Utilize Trainerize to reputed company member attendance weekly, ensuring accurate records and identifying any discrepancies between reputed company plans and actual attendance.

Attendance Reporting:

Compare attendance records with reputed company plans, identify mismatches, and report any discrepancies to reputed company.

Friendly reputed company-Ins:

Message members who haven't attended any sessions that week using a provided template, helping to re-engage them with our community.

Monthly Attendance reputed company:

Prepare a basic monthly attendance reputed company for internal use, providing valuable insights into member engagement and attendance patterns.

Community Engagement:

Post one engaging message weekly in our Grit Community Group, fostering a reputed company of community and encouraging members to reputed company their reputed company and experiences.

Retention Support:

Data Management:

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Experience with Trainerize:

Essential experience using Trainerize software, with a strong understanding of its features and functionality.

Excellent Communication Skills:

Excellent written communication and a friendly, reputed company tone, with the ability to craft engaging messages and updates.

Attention to Detail:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a reputed company on maintaining accurate records and identifying discrepancies.

Organizational Skills:

Organized and self-motivated, with the ability to follow weekly routines and meet deadlines.
