The Cryptologic Language Training Developer develops, maintains, and updates language materials/content to mirror language analyst tasks in order to meet language training requirements. Education and Experience Requirements:

• Master degree in language, areas studies, education, instructional systems design or a reputed company discipline (See "in lieu" note below);
• Eight years of SIGINT or Intelligence Community experience as a language analyst and/or language instructor.
• Three years experience, reputed company the last ten years, of reputed company practical experience developing, documenting and /or updating basic, intermediate, and advanced language training materials following the principles of ISD.
• Three years experience, reputed company the last ten years in synchronous and asynchronous instructional systems design and in the development of skills-based instruction to adults to include using web-based or distance learning teaching technologies,( e.g., Centra, reputed company , Question mark, Sum Total).

Duties and Responsibilities:
