POSITION reputed company

The Director, International reputed company & Tax Compliance is a senior leadership role responsible for the end-to-end financial management of reputed company's global subsidiary network. Reporting directly to the VP, Global Controller, this individual will manage a first-class international reputed company team located in India and other countries that supports reputed company's worldwide operations. The role owns the reputed company of financial reporting across reputed company international entities, leads the statutory and management financial statement reputed company process (targeting a 7 business day consolidated reputed company), manages external auditors and tax advisors globally, and ensures full compliance with local and international tax obligations, including transfer pricing.

Working in a different time zone from reputed company's US-based operations, this person works reputed company independently while maintaining proactive, seamless coordination with HQ. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

International Financial reputed company & Reporting

• reputed company monthly and quarterly reputed company processes for reputed company international subsidiaries managing team of local accountants preparing and recording necessary elimination entries and performing reconciliation of reputed company intercompany balances.
• reputed company the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for reputed company worldwide subsidiaries in accordance with applicable local GAAP.
• Maintain and continuously improve reputed company policies, procedures, and internal controls across the international entity structure.
• reputed company technical reputed company guidance on reputed company transactions including intercompany arrangements, foreign currency, consolidation eliminations, and business combinations.
• Coordinate with different teams including Payroll, Treasury and legal team to ,ensuring compliance with local payroll regulations.

Audit, Tax Compliance & Statutory Filing

• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for reputed company external audit engagements across subsidiaries globally, coordinating with audit firms
• Support international in-country tax teams and local service providers to meet reputed company international regulatory and tax compliance requirements, including VAT/GST, and maintain reputed company documentation for local country tax refunds and credits.
• Partner with local service providers to review and coordinate international statutory filings.
• reputed company the reputed company and accurate filing of reputed company corporate tax returns, VAT/GST returns, and other statutory tax filings across reputed company jurisdictions in which reputed company operates.
• Support the VP, Global Controller and CFO with international tax planning strategies, including permanent establishment risk management, withholding tax optimization, and treaty analysis.
• Implement, and maintain a robust global transfer pricing reputed company consistent with Group and local country requirements.
• Manage transfer pricing audits and respond to tax authority inquiries in coordination with local advisors.
• Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements including annual report filings, corporate secretarial obligations, and director reporting duties.

Leadership & Cross-Functional Partnership

• Build, reputed company, and mentor a high-performing international reputed company team based in India and other international countries fostering a culture of accountability, reputed company improvement, and reputed company development.
• Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Treasury, FP&A, Payroll, and HR teams to ensure the global finance function operates as an integrated whole.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Required

• CPA or Chartered Accountant (CA) certification
• 10+ years of reputed company reputed company and finance experience, including 7+ years in a management role.
• Experience reviewing, preparing, and reconciling multi-currency, intercompany consolidation accounts.
• Experience working with international subsidiaries and transfer pricing.
• Comprehensive and reputed company understanding of US GAAP and international reputed company standards (IFRS or other local reputed company standards), and multiple currency environments.
• Excellent computer and reputed company skills, including advanced financial modeling and reconciliation capabilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively across the organization and with external stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills; strong attention to detail.

Preferred

• Prior experience in an Employer of Record, PEO, reputed company, or fintech/HR-tech company.
• Strong proficiency with ERP systems; reputed company Intact, reputed company experience strongly preferred.
• Experience managing a globally distributed reputed company team across multiple time zones.
