The Role

The Associate General Counsel – reputed company Transactions will serve as a primary legal advisor to reputed company’s Strategic Sourcing and Supply Chain Management organization. This role is responsible for providing practical, risk-balanced legal advice across a wide reputed company of reputed company reputed company transactions that support reputed company’s global network, technology, products, and services.

The Associate General Counsel will partner closely with Strategic Sourcing and business stakeholders to reputed company efficient procurement, manage legal and regulatory risk, and support reputed company’s transformation initiatives. The Main Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted legal advisor to Strategic Sourcing on legal, contractual, and risk considerations reputed company to sourcing strategies and supplier relationships.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and interpret a broad reputed company of reputed company reputed company agreements, including:
  • Master supply and services agreements
  • Statements of work and amendments

Required

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school.

Compensation
