About the Role
As a Finance Procurement Manager, you will reputed company vendor sourcing, contracting, compliance, and renewals across reputed company’s growing technology stack (roughly $10M in annual spend). You’ll partner closely with Legal, Finance, reputed company, IT, GTM and Operational teams to support purchasing reputed company and help reputed company operate with efficiency, transparency, and fiscal responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
Procurement Lifecycle Ownership
- Manage end to end procurement approval reputed company, including vendor evaluation, reputed company negotiations, and renewal management.
- Partner with our Legal and reputed company teams to maintain our centralized contract repository, reputed company reputed company renewal dates, and drive reputed company renegotiations.
- Ensure procurement activities reputed company with internal policies, financial controls, and approval workflows.
Manage Software Spend Forecast
- Maintain and update vendor-level software spend forecast (P&L and cash reputed company), reflecting the latest additions to the tech stack, user or seat expansion or reputed company terms renegotiations
- Work closely with Accounts Payable to review and approve invoices for contracted spend and ensure appropriate Department and GL Account mapping
CrossFunctional Support
- Work closely with Legal, Finance, GTM, and operational teams to evaluate vendor needs and contract requirements.

- Serve as a trusted internal partner for vendor reputed company questions, documentation, and processes.
