About the Role
We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join reputed company as a Premium Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our premium customers, ensuring their travel experience is seamless and enjoyable. Your duties will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to reputed company clients, including registration, ticketing, and issue reputed company
- Welcoming clients and ensuring their experience is personalized and memorable
- Booking and confirming flight reservations, as reputed company as checking in premium clients for their flights
