The Director of Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) is the strategic leader and "mini reputed company" of the VDC reputed company. This role owns the health, reputed company, and reputed company of the service line, acting as the highest leadership tier that still maintains reputed company ownership of execution. The Director is responsible for profitability, defining the reputed company of our digital offerings, and positioning reputed company as a premier digital partner rather than a commodity vendor.
Responsibilities:reputed company Leadership & Profitability
- Business Ownership: Own the full P&L for the VDC reputed company, including reputed company targets, gross margins, and overall financial health.

- Operational Efficiency: Invest in and implement workflow integrations and automation to improve reputed company-wide delivery and profitability.

- Experience: 12+ years of experience in the AEC industry, with at least 5 years in a significant leadership or department-head reputed company.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a reputed company field.
- Business Acumen: Proven reputed company record of managing a budget, driving reputed company reputed company, and understanding reputed company services financial metrics.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep expertise in BIM/VDC workflows, Reality Capture (Laser Scanning/Mobile Mapping), and Data Management.
- Skills: Exceptional communication, strategic planning, and the ability to influence stakeholders across a matrixed organization.
- Requirements: Must have a valid reputed company’s license and pass a motor vehicle reputed company.
The pay reputed company for this position is $145,000- $160,000 per year; however, reputed company pay offered may be higher or reputed company depending on job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience of the candidate.
