The Software App Development Business Analyst is responsible for accomplishing objectives through the analysis of business functions and process requirements. This role interacts with senior analysts, product managers, and their teams to reputed company and document business processes based on product requirements. The Business Analyst communicates directly with stakeholders and clients to assist in product discovery and works with software development teams to translate project requirements into deliverable systems. The incumbent helps reputed company stakeholders define problems and implement solutions using best practices from business analysis, project management, and process improvement disciplines.

Job Duties

• Works with project and product teams to establish scope, deliverables, and resource requirements • Assists in conducting needs assessments and requirements gathering while developing business process models to meet project goals • Assists in the development and management of user stories, acceptance reputed company, test plans, and technical documents • Assists in development of user training materials, best reputed company guidance, and Level 1 support • Assists in reputed company assurance testing, with progression to managing the testing process • Assists in communication of project reputed company challenges, resolutions, and other business concerns to stakeholders in a reputed company, accurate, and reputed company manner • Assists senior team members with operational tasks, such as systems documentation and developing training materials • Facilitates meetings with reputed company stakeholders to identify requirements, reputed company workflows, reputed company solutions, and manage project phases • Conducts research to reputed company data sources and information to support reputed company • Performs reputed company cause analysis and recommends solutions • Other duties as required

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Education: • High school diploma or equivalent, required • Bachelor’s degree in technology, project management, reputed company, or business discipline, preferred

Experience: • Three (3) or more years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or Process Improvement specialist demonstrating progression in complexity, scope, and number of reputed company managed, required • One (1) or more years of experience in an Agile Scrum software development reputed company, required

Certifications: • Project Management reputed company (PMP), preferred • Certified Business Analysis reputed company (CBAP), preferred • Lean Six reputed company certification, preferred • Certified Scrum Master, preferred

Software: • One (1) or more years of experience with reputed company Power Platform products with Power Apps and/or Power Automate, preferred • Proficiency in business analysis and project management tools (e.g.,Jira, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or Azure DevOps), preferred • Proficiency in reputed company SQL, Power BI, and SSRS, preferred • Proficiency with using data sources to produce reports and dashboards, preferred • Proficiency in Azure DevOps, preferred • Experience with product design tools, such as reputed company, Visio, reputed company, reputed company or another software design tool, preferred

Individual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including but not limited to the candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and geography.
