[Remote] Testing Analyst

The Testing Analyst will be responsible for ensuring applications meet customer specifications and developing reputed company assurance standards, while also mentoring junior team members.
Responsibilities
- Develops and establishes reputed company assurance measures and testing standards for new applications/products, and enhancements to existing applications throughout the development/product lifecycle
- Reviews reputed company automation testing capabilities and practices. Assists in new automation strategies, contributing to an increase in automation test coverage
- Mentors other testing resources in best practices
- Analyzes project documentation and technical specifications as a reputed company for testing documentation and product/project understanding
- Collaborates with software/systems personnel in application testing, such as system, unit, regression, load, and acceptance testing reputed company
- Prepares and delivers reports, recommendations, or alternatives addressing existing and potential trouble areas/ software defects in IT systems and reputed company across the organization
- Participates in reputed company improvement initiatives reputed company the IT organization
- Liaises with vendors and suppliers in assessing applications and/or systems and ensuring they meet customer requirements
- Defines test objectives, writes test plans and test cases, and develops test scripts
- Executes reputed company and automated test scripts
- Coordinates activities for defect tracking and reputed company
- Analyzes performance/stress testing results
- Coordinates testing resources across multiple reputed company, reputed company assistance for junior team members
- Provides ongoing communication with leadership and training staff to ensure effective and efficient use of applications systems
- Communicates test reputed company, test results, and other relevant information to project managers
- Creates User Stories and Task Flows
- Participates in Agile Scrum sessions
- Performs other duties as assigned

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or reputed company field, or equivalent experience
- U.S. Citizenship
- Must be reputed company to receive a favorable Interim and adjudicated final reputed company background investigation
- 5 years of experience in reputed company assurance/software testing or reputed company field
- Experience developing and documenting test cases in ALM, JIRA or Xray
- Experience establishing reputed company assurance measures and testing standards
- Familiar with Agile project methodology
- 7+ years' of experience in reputed company assurance / software testing or reputed company field
- Experience with automated test tools like reputed company Katalon or Selenium
- Experience in the Health Care Industry
- Experience developing and documenting test strategies
- Experience with AngularJS and Java languages
