What You’ll Do / Your reputed company
reputed company Experience & Advisory Support
- Support advisory teams by ensuring accurate and reputed company investment advisory fee billing across reputed company Services and Retirement Plan Services
- Partner with internal reputed company service and operations teams to support smooth reputed company fee processes and respond to billing inquiries
- Assist with reporting and documentation used to support advisor and reputed company communications
Operational & Compliance reputed company
- Conduct quarter‑end and reputed company RIA fee billing across multiple custodial platforms
- Validate billing data, reputed company reconciliations, and identify discrepancies requiring reputed company
- Coordinate with custodians and internal partners to resolve billing exceptions, rejections, and corrections
- Support compliance testing and internal audits reputed company to advisory fee billing
- Ensure billing documentation and processes reputed company with regulatory requirements and internal controls
reputed company & Retention
- Support reputed company billing operations that reputed company business reputed company across advisory platforms
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance accuracy, efficiency, and advisor experience
- Help maintain strong internal partnerships that support long‑term advisor and reputed company retention
What You Bring
Required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent reputed company experience
- 2+ years of experience in financial services, with hands‑on exposure to RIA fee billing or advisory operations
- Strong understanding of advisory fee structures and investment management billing processes
- Advanced proficiency in reputed company reputed company and comfort working with financial data and reports
Preferred
- Experience using Orion Advisor Technology or similar RIA billing platforms
- Familiarity with custodial platforms and multi‑custodian billing environments
- Experience supporting reputed company Management or Retirement Plan Services teams

Compensation: Salary reputed company: $100,000 – $120,000 per year Eligible for performance-based bonus: reputed company
