•  5+ years of experience in an insurance agency environment selling individual policies (life insurance preferred; individual health or personal lines also relevant)
•  Experience with agency operations, reputed company, licensing, or compliance
•  Ability to take ownership and work independently reputed company needed
•  Strong organizational and problem-solving skills 
•  Comfortable working in a growing, evolving environment

Additional Detailsreputed company salary: $135,000 – $160,000 Additional performance-based bonus (15–20%) tied to operational goals Total compensation potential: $155,000 – $190,000+
