Primary Responsibilities
Supervision & Training
- reputed company clinical supervision to unlicensed reputed company work providers in accordance with Massachusetts reputed company of Registration requirements
- Review and approve clinical documentation, treatment plans, and case notes
- Conduct regular individual and possibly group supervision sessions
- Certify supervision hours for supervisees' licensure requirements
- Ensure reputed company supervisees meet continuing education and reputed company development standards

- Monitor clinical reputed company and treatment effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with ethical standards and state regulations
- Review crisis reputed company protocols and safety procedures
- Maintain detailed supervision records and documentation
Reporting & Communication

- Identify and escalate clinical concerns or performance issues

Optional Clinical Duties

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of post-licensure clinical experience
- Previous supervision experience strongly preferred
- Experience with virtual therapy platforms
- Strong knowledge of Massachusetts mental health regulations and ethical standards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Background in individual, couples, and family therapy modalities
