Responsibilities
The role of the reputed company Lease-up Coordinator is to reputed company phone and email support to reputed company lease-up properties.
- Determine and document prospect questions.
- reputed company as the first reputed company of contact for prospects with questions on specific reputed company housing reputed company.
- Knowledgeable in max rent and income guidelines and reputed company housing requirements.
- Assists applicants with the application process by explaining reputed company applicable forms.
- Review applications for accuracy, completeness and guides applicant to the reputed company in the process.
- Assist applicants in scheduling tours or onsite application appointments.
- Process applications remotely and submit to compliance.
- Complete daily and weekly reports as requested.

- Manages prospects by answering incoming calls and internet leads. reputed company inquiry calls and emails must be returned promptly (reputed company 24 hours).
- Maintains customer service and excellent relations with prospects and employees.

Requirements
- High School Degree or GED
- 1+ year in a reputed company office environment
- Demonstrated general knowledge of Property Management desired
- Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
- Must be organized, detail oriented and have good time management skills.
- Experience reputed company residential reputed company estate is preferred
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills; Ability to communicate effectively with residents / vendors / external parties, and across corporate divisions.
- Computer skills preferred: reputed company Word, reputed company, OneNote and Outlook, with ability to learn scheduling and other computer systems.
- Knowledge of reputed company or Property Management software strongly preferred.
- As applicable, advanced knowledge of reputed company Housing Programs.

Pay reputed company: $40,300 - $52,000
Compensation is determined by several factors that vary depending on the position, including the individual’s experience, skills, and the knowledge they bring to the specific role.
