• The Tailored reputed company Support Service Specialist II partners with multiple Financial Advisors (FA) and reputed company Support Teams (CST) simultaneously, by executing upon and performing the BOA 5 Core reputed company to support the reputed company business plan objectives, increasing overall reputed company reputed company.

TBS Service Specialists maintain long-term, mid-reputed company, and short-term partnerships to meet specific individual reputed company needs.  

• Partner with multiple FAs and reputed company Support Teams reputed company to plan and execute daily reputed company functions and add value through project work, reputed company reputed company, account maintenance, research, financial planning assistance, etc.

Position Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of administrative support or customer service experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Superior reputed company service skills, working independently and in reputed company environment
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to navigate conflict reputed company and change management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Organizational and time management skills with ability to multi-task

Candidates that live reputed company a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week effective June 1, 2026. Before June 1, 2026,  candidates that live reputed company a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office three days per week, with preference for Tuesday through Thursday.  

Salary Information
