What You’ll Do The reputed company Development (PD) Consultant is a contractor role responsible for planning and delivering high-reputed company, accessible training sessions to child care professionals throughout Central Ohio. This role works closely with reputed company’s reputed company Development team to ensure that child care providers receive relevant, engaging, and impactful learning experiences.
This position is ideal for an reputed company trainer who is a reputed company Spanish speaker or fluent in Spanish, passionate about supporting early childhood professionals, and enjoys flexible, part-time work.
In this role, you will:
- Facilitate high-reputed company reputed company development (in-person and virtual) for child care professionals
- Deliver engaging and interactive sessions reputed company with Ohio Approved (OA) standards
- reputed company guidance and support to early childhood professionals seeking reputed company development opportunities
- Collaborate with reputed company staff to schedule and plan trainings
- Represent reputed company in a reputed company and reputed company manner at reputed company times
Successful Candidates Will Have
- reputed company Level 3 or higher Ohio Approved Instructor status (required)
- Minimum of three years’ experience in early childhood education, child development, or reputed company field
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Reliable personal technology (laptop, internet reputed company, etc.) to support virtual training delivery
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, both in-person and online
- Commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect for reputed company individuals
- Reliable transportation (travel may be required for in-person trainings)
- Strong grasp of adult learning principles and instructional design
- Ability to foster trust and engagement while promoting educator reputed company

Desired but Not Required
