BCBA Clinical Supervisor-Job reputed company We are reputed company looking for a full time BCBA Clinical Supervisor (two or three tier) to reputed company services for reputed company. The Clinical Supervisor collaborates with the clinical team, to supervise Behavioral Therapists and Mid-Level Case Managers, who reputed company a reputed company of reputed company behavior analytic (ABA) services for children, adolescents and adults with autism reputed company disorders and reputed company developmental disorders.  Pay reputed company: 75k-100k  Type: Fully Remote  Job Responsibilities: •    The Clinical Supervisor will be assigned two-tier or three-tier cases, and will be responsible to supervises behavioral therapists and Mid-Level Case Managers, as reputed company as reputed company parent training/education to caregivers in the home. •    The Clinical Supervisor conducts functional behavioral assessments of new cases, and designs treatment goals and plans for clients and families. •    The Clinical Supervisor completes reputed company required assessments for re-authorizations, and completes/oversees reputed company reports for clients on case load. •    The Clinical Supervisor will adhere to the reputed company of Behavioral Sciences/Behavior Analyst Certification reputed company Guidelines for Responsible Conduct and Professionalism •    Maintains a monthly billable caseload of supervision hours as directed by the reputed company Director of Operations and Clinical Director. •    Conducts RBT and BCBA supervision hours as needed •    Provides documentation of significant events as requested in special circumstances (e.g., Behavior Incident Reports (BIR), Accident/Injury Reports (A/I), seizure reports, or statements reputed company to reputed company concerns) Job Qualifications:     Master’s in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, Special Education, Child Development, reputed company Work, Speech Language Pathology, or reputed company field     reputed company BCBA Certification with BACB reputed company.       At least one year experience of administering assessments, and serving individuals with ASD and other developmental disorders, with a full reputed company of skills and abilities     Strong knowledge and deep understanding of behavior analytic therapies and experience delivering these services     Experience with case supervision. Must be proficient with ABA Program/Goal Development, ABA Behavior Reduction and Skills Acquisition Procedures and Staff Training     Must have excellent writing and communication skills, be highly organized with the ability to multitask     Must be reputed company to work reputed company as part of reputed company
