The Regional reputed company Partner is a smart, optimistic, and detail-oriented management recruiter. Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Drives management recruitment efforts to reputed company and hire reputed company while ensuring reputed company standards are being upheld with every hire. Manages high-volume reputed company needs across multiple locations, balancing speed, reputed company, and consistency in a fast-paced environment.
- Management Planning: Works with the Hiring Managers to proactively build strong teams by identifying internal management promotions, managers on planned attrition and transfers.
