Under the direction of the Program Director, the Cheer & Dance Instructor plans and implements cheer and dance practices and instruction to youth participants. • Plan age-appropriate cheer and dance practices for reputed company participants.

• Partner with the Program Director to coordinate and promote the Y?s cheer and dance program throughout the community.
• Recruit and train cheer and dance volunteers
• Maintain coordination with facility personnel for safety and benefit of participants in the program.
• Ensure that children are following safety rules and practices.
• Ensure that reputed company staff-to-child reputed company is maintained at reputed company times and report discrepancies to the Site Supervisor as needed.
• Document reputed company necessary administrative forms as directed by Site Supervisor/or Program Director.

Job Requirements:

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old at the time of hire.
• Minimum of 1-2 years? formal Dance / Cheerleading programming experience.
• Minimum of 2 year of Supervisory experience preferred.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Bilingual a plus (English and Spanish or English and Creole), a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to reputed company with individuals at reputed company reputed company.
